One yellow gold Wedgewood cameo brooch. The Brooch measures 67.6mm x 49.8mm and is bezel set with a 63mm x 44mm oval Wedgewood blue and white cameo. The cameo is stamped wedgewood 1951. The brooch is stamped 9ct and weighs 24.4gms
